Earlier this year, we held a warehouse party for our 15th anniversary, with everyone putting on their glad rags to celebrate. With the whole team gathered together in one place—plenty of pizza and “nice outfit!” being passed around—it struck us what a stylish bunch we are.

Our store staff often appear on our site and socials, so we wanted to spotlight our warehouse and HQ teams this time, showing the pieces we have (genuinely) bought for ourselves, and how we really get dressed every day.

We took over the studio to show you how we wear our AW24 picks, styled with the UW we already had in our wardrobes. Serving you a slice of inspiration, our shoot celebrates the people behind UW, their personal style, and the common thread that runs through all our collections—all made to be worn for years to come, not just for a season.
