The Bakers jacket is our take on a classic chore jacket. With a design that dates back to the earliest days of Universal Works, it has become one of our signature styles. The name “Bakers” was adopted from our Co-Founder and Designer's father, who wore a simple coverall for his job as a baker. Whilst conforming to the key principles of a chore jacket (a simple utility garment, often worn as a protective layer), our Bakers jacket has several distinctive features; from seams to create the shape, layered pockets and our signature diagonal buttonhole on the button stand. This jacket is a great everyday staple designed to be worn wherever and however you like.

13oz Selvedge Denim

A raw 13oz denim with a red selvedge, ready to wear in yourself. This garment is dyed with indigo. Take care as some colour transfer may occur when worn close to lighter-coloured garments and furniture. Like your favourite jeans, this garment will gradually fade with wear. Wash separately.
