UW People. Brad Carter.

 As part of our "On the Map"series we photographed Michelin-starred chef Brad Carter; a maverick culinary expert who has been a UW customer at our Birmingham partnership store at Liquor Store for years.  

We visited Brad and had a good chat about what it means to be part of Birmingham's ever-growing creative community (more on that here). We photographed Brad in some delectable Universal Works looks and, whilst we were at it, got the low-down on his opinions about unfashionable vegetables. The day took an unexpected, but welcome, twist when he took us down to Moor Green Allotments, just 5 minutes away from the restaurant and where all of the veg served up at Carters is grown.
